Ahh, September the month of back to school bus rides, cooler nights, thoughts of sweaters, and lots of mushrooms. Yes, September is National Mushroom Month. another reason to embrace the funky fungus. Make a Wild Mushroom Risotto or some French Onion Soup. I have always wanted to make it to maybe this will be the month. This is the month for Self Improvement, Baby Safety, and plenty of Chicken dishes.
