I am a big fan of Freixinet for making cocktails. I was introduced to the sparking wine when I went to a Freixenet last summer and had a great time trying different cocktail. I had to think back because I haven’t had this in a long time. My favorite is
Mandarin Orange Champagne Cocktail.
It has sorbet, sparkling wine, manadarin oranges, vodka and fresh mint.
i’m a big fan of the french 75.
Nothing beats a classic bellini. Or really any fresh fruit puree mixed with champagne!

A bellini is good, but Freixenet is just sooo good by itself, we rarely mix it with anything. Have been drinking Freixenet brut since 1983. We got to try all the Freixenet at the “My City” Party in Grand Junction this past August.
