How Martha Was I This Weekend?
Drop off Price and Jason at poker, then picked up Natalie to have dinner and hang out
Went to Whole Foods (Brighton), couldn’t find premade gluten free cupcakes so we then went to Whole Foods (Prospect Street, Cambridge), then picked up her steak tips dinner
Relaxed watching Grey’s Anatomy musical episode (awful) and Private Practice, ate a fried egg with rice and gluten free cupcake for dinner
Picked up the guys with Natalie and drop them off
Load of laundry
Edit photos for blogging later this week
Pack to go to Greenwich for the weekend
Leave for Greenwich by 10am (wore not yet dry jeans- eh gotta do, what you gotta do)
Once I was settled at home, my mom and I went to the pet store so she could talk to the adoption coordinator about Macaroni and how he is settling in, while there she told them she would adopted Silky, a cat that had been waiting for a home for months because no one wants to adopt her because she had mammary cancer.
We went to lunch at Thai Basil.
Went to the Home Depot in Port Chester to pick out paint for the first floor in the house. Picked out Martha Stewart Paints: Rice Paper for the main wall color, Fennel Seed will be the accent wall color in the living room, ceiling will be Heavy Cream.
Move furniture around in the living room to test different configurations, took photos and shelves down to move to 2nd floor in the house
Went to Glory Day’s Diner- got a California salad with grilled chicken
Went to Whole Foods to get ingredients for breakfast
Discovered I am addicted to House Hunters, thankful I don’t have HGTV at home in Boston.
Made gluten free blueberry pancakes
Take apart the entertainment center so it could be moved to other wall. Soooo many wires!!!!!
Took the 3 dogs on a long walk with my mom
Lunch at Famous Pizza and Soulvaki- greek salad
Back on the road to Boston by 4pm
Stopped off in West Haven CT for Rita’s Italian Ice. First water ice/custard of the season!
Back in Boston… went through mail, watched Se7en on AMC, made salad for dinner, blogged and edited photos while Price watched the new (scary) show on AMC
