7.22-24: How Martha Were You?

How Martha Were You?

Friday Night-

Price and I both worked a bit late

I had left over pasta for dinner and Price made himself a burger

I did 2 loads of laundry

Since I’ve been reading the Sookie Stackhouse books we started the True Blood series

We did our weekly trip to Haymarket

Once home I did a blog post for Mexican Style Hot Dogs since it was National Hot Dog Day

We spent the day visiting Monica and my mom at Steve’s house

I made Jalapeño Popper Dip and Guacamole

The afternoon was spent relaxing swimming, and cracking up at the Yahtzee game. I finished the 3rd Sookie Stackhouse book, Club Dead

Price and I stopped at Wrentam Outlets for a pair of sneakers and flip flops for me before heading back home

I gave myself a duo color French manicure while watching episode 2 of season 1 of True Blood

Pretended that the alarm was not going off at 6 am

Griped about getting up early until I remembered TECHMUNCH!!!

Enjoyed some TV, made breakfast and then I was on my way to Techmunch

9.30-6.30 Techmunch conference- very excited to finally meet Rachel since we tweet each other every day!

Price picked me and Amanda up, dropped Amanda off, and then I got to fill Price in on everything I learned. (holy crap SEO is a big thing to figure out)

dinner of gluten free Mac and Cheese

checking out some blog stuff I learned, updating my google reader, photo editing,

Sorry I missed meeting you at TECHmunch….so many people, so little time. Maybe another time! I haven’t been to Haymarket in years. I mean, probably since before you were born. Seriously 🙂 What do you buy there?

There was a lot going on at Techmunch! Sorry to have missed you too.

I get just about all of our fruits and veggies at Haymarket. It all started since we have rabbits and they eat so much. We would be sooo poor if we had to feed them stuff from the store. I had heard horrible things about the place but checked it out. I started to notice that a lot of the stuff there is in really good shape and we could eat it as well. So it’s a weekly thing now.
