As much as I LOVE the summer I am really starting to come around to early fall. October is when the leaves are changing into beautiful bright colors, cider is available everywhere, cider donuts are in season and their sweet, sugar flavors have me hooked, and it’s when I get a little crazy buying a lot of pairs of tights. But besides that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. While I think all those walks are kinda pointless- don’t waste money on crews to clean up your discarded water cups, but just donate $$$ directly to the cause- I strongly believe that there are special days and months to remember things that make you happy or helping others behappy. So remember October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Adopt a Shelter Dog Month, and Cookie Month. And don’t forget all these daily weird/fun/wacky celebrations…
