3Cupsold fashion oats
3 1/2Cupsmilk
1poundfrozen blueberries
1Cupflax seed meal
1Cupvanilla yogurtpreferably whole milk yogurt
1/2CupChia seeds
1/3Cuphoney
Serve with: yogurt & fresh blueberries
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients from oats to the honey together in a large bowl.
Equally portion out the oatmeal into 6 containers.
Refrigerated overnight.
Top with yogurt and fresh blueberries prior to enjoying.
