Edible Cookie Dough that is just as yummy as your favorite chocolate chip cookies that is safe to eat. Now that is a real treat!

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1/ 2 Cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1-2 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the flour out in a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together.
  4. Add the flour and salt. Mix until fully Incorporated.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and 1 Tablespoon milk, mix well.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy directly from the container or pre-portion using a cookie scoop.
