The Thanksgiving Waffle

Happy almost Thanksgiving!!!

It’s the final countdown!!!!

Have you done all your shopping yet? Or are you rushing out tonight after work to get the bird? If so, good luck. (yikes!)

We basically already did our Thanksgiving last weekend as we are visiting Price’s sister on Friday so we didn’t feel like doing Thanksgiving 2 days in a row. Thanksgiving is going to be super mellow for us now. It typically is, but it is going to be extra mellow. My big plans are to wear this shirt, watch the parade, and play this drinking game while watching the National Dog Show. (yes, yes, I know the game is for a different dog show, but it’s a good dog show drinking game in general!)

Anyway, I gift unto you, the Aggro Crag of Thanksgiving leftovers.

Can you conquer the Crag?!?!?!!?!!?!?!

Of course, I had to take a turn at making a ‘stuffle’…. A waffle made of stuffing. duh.

It’s really so, so easy and eso, so good. It take a bout a minute to whip up and then it’s just impatiently waiting for the waffle iron to do it’s thing to warm it up and crisp up the edges. Oh, the edges. They glorious crispy, crunchy edges!

Then you slap the rest of your Thanksgiving leftovers on top and then you are ready to devour it!!!!

I was to temped to add some mayo to the stuffle before piling the rest of the leftovers on top, but I thinking peoples of the internet would think I was crazy. But, hear me out, the lovely Pilgrim Sandwich as mayo on it. And poultry is so good with mayo… hello chicken salad & club sandwiches! So if you add mayo I will cheer you on. If you don’t, I will still cheer you on for making this leftover mountain.

Get your fat pants ready people!!!!!!!
