Okay, okay, I know that I should be sharing a healthy recipe. Perhaps, low carb or keto or paleo? Maybe Whole30? But, here I am sharing a decedent brownie recipe. I’m sorry to ruin your diets and  resolutions by temping you with these chewy, fudgy brownies.

Well, to be honest, I’m not that sorry as they are incredible. ha!

The Very Best Chewy, Fudgy Brownies

I love all kinds of brownies, but by far by favorite kinds are the fudgy ones. I just think they are so much better vs the cakey brownie. If you are like me, then you will love these. I have been making these Chewy Fudgy Brownies and they are the best ones.

There are a few recipes that I have memorized and this is one of them. Thankfully, it’s that easy and I always have the ingredients on hand to whip up batch.

To make these delightful brownies you just need a handful of ingredients and 2 bowls. Now, I think you are going to say “why Can’t I just use 1 bowl?” And I am here to tell you that you can, but I think that you get a better product when you beat the eggs thoroughly in a separate bowl, then add it to the chocolate mixture. How do I know this? I have tried this. It’s just better to dirty another bowl to beat the eggs in there.

I know there are people who like nuts in their brownies, but I prefer to enjoy them without nuts. I think that for a fudgy brownie, such as this one, I like the the texture to be consistent. Basically, I wouldn’t want to be too surprised by biting into a nut when I am taking a bite of this brownie.

However, if you prefer nuts, you can add them into the batter. I would add 1 Cup of chopped walnuts or pecans.

Everyone is going to love when you make a batch of The Very Best Chewy, Fudgy Brownies! They will be your new favorites and you will be making this recipe all the time.

What makes these brownie so fudgy?

Magic! Okay, actually, it’s all the delicious sugar, butter, and eggs. Plus, the amount of flour is pretty minimal for the amount of batter made to fill a 9×13 pan. That creates a a fudgy brownie batter.

Can I add nuts to the brownies?

Sure you can! I like to leave them out so that I can gift them to friends and family, without worrying about allergies. But if you prefer to enjoy brownies with nuts, then add in 1 Cup of chopped nuts, like walnuts or pecans.

Can I cook these in a 9×9 pan?

Yes, I have done that before, but the baking time takes longer. Add 5-10 more minutes to the baking time. Cut into 25 small pieces by cutting into 5×5.
