I am a not to be trusted by dips. I just love them so so much. But, really, who doesn’t? I mean they are a great for a snack, or for a meal. ha!
This spinach artichoke dip is a classic! It’s served at restaurants as a starter and is great at parties too. I swear that whenever I serve it at a party, it disappears so quickly.

The Best Easy Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Step away from the mass produced dip that you can grab at the grocery store. Sure, that’s great in a pinch, but this is definitely the Best Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip that you will ever have.
It is oooey gooey with the melty cheeses. I love it hot from the oven, so you get that luxuriously long cheese pull when you take a big scoop of it.
You’ll love that the dip is really easy to make! It takes me about 5 minutes or so to make- basically while the oven is preheating I have it all prepped.
Mix together the mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic really well.
If you leave the cream cheese too lumpy, it will create dense, cheesy clumps in the dip. Delicious, but this can result in chips breaking when you are trying to scoop some out.
Once the mayo, cream cheese, and sour cream is thoroughly mixed together, add the spinach and artichokes.
Prior to adding in the spinach and artichokes, you’ll want to make sure both are well drained.
Transfer the dip to your casserole to bake. Then top with a sprinkling of more cheese to finish it off.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F. The dip will then be hot and the cheeses will be melted together. I like to give the top a bit of a suntan by placing it under the broiler for just a 2-3 minutes. I pull it out once it has a golden brown crust.
Serve with corn chips, tortilla scoops, crackers, or crostini. Carrots and celery are also great to serve along with it, but I tend to stick with the cheese and carb combo.
