Fresh Harvest’s Champagne Brunch is the perfect place to enjoy bottomless mimosas while dining on food from around the world. Leave happy & full!
Tampa’s Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel graciously hosted us for Fresh Harvest’s Champagne Brunch.
The first Sunday of the month is dedicated to my Mom’s Brunch with my friends. We hold this spot in our busy calendars so that we can get together to reconnect, gossip, drink some great cocktails, and stuff ourselves silly with some awesome food.
We recently enjoyed brunching at Fresh Harvest. The premier buffet spot in the Seminole Heard Rock Casino and Hotel is the perfect spot for brunch. It has something for everyone so it’s great for a crowd. You can kick off a day at the casino by enjoying brunch at Fresh Harvest. Or you can end your weekend stay at the hotel with a scrumptious brunch. It might just help you nurse that hangover while you celebrate your winnings. Or you can gather an awesome, hungry group of girl friends for a brunch. I think the bottomless champagne might be the perfect thing! Cheers!
Fresh Harvest’s Champagne Brunch
Every Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 4pm, Fresh Harvest’s Champagne brunch boasts a wide selection of food from around the world. From fluffy pancakes and waffles that remind you of mom’s home cooking to a raw bar that will have you slurping up the most tender oysters… there really is something for everyone. Looking for something light? Then get an egg white omelet that is made to order. Want to indulge? Then get a filet and end your brunch with the chocolate fountain.
Enjoy the bottomless champagne and mimosas that are filled to the brim while you fill up in a wonderful brunch! You’ll be counting down for the weekend again before you know it, just so you can go back!

Grace: [at the Plaza] OK, the key to a successful brunch strategy is knowing how to work the buffet. See, they put all the cheap stuff like scones and muffins in front. I mean, how many of those can you have. Eight? Ten? That’s like four bucks. Meanwhile, the smoked fishes and other pricey items are around the corner.
Leo: What do you have, a map?
Grace: [she produces a piece of paper from her back pocket] Cased the joint last week.
Leo: You’re an interesting girlfriend, Grace. Oh, that melon looks good. I’m gonna get some of that.
Grace: Melon? Have you not heard a word I said? OK, after this round, we hit the crab cakes and we hit ’em hard.

If you are like Grace, from Will and Grace, then you know that you need to save room for the good stuff at the buffet.
There are times when buffets can feel a whole lot of ‘meh’. You stand there with a plate in hand, staring at various mediocre things under warming lights, trying to determine what to get. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE AT FRESH HARVEST!!!!
The worst part is trying to prioritize what you go for first. What will make the cut!? I really had a hard time picking what I would start with since there are so many wonderful sections at their 7 sections.
The First Trip Around the World
Spread throughout the restaurant are 7 stations where you can get everything from eggs to friend chicken, pasta to steak, and crawfish to dim sum. The best approach is to do a lap, so you can come up with a strategy on how to best enjoy a bit of everything.
My go to brunch dish is eggs benedict, so I had to give that a try. I also enjoyed some roasted poatoes, bacon, and a cheese blintz. Everything was so good! I thought the eggs benedict was really good, for being from a buffet. And, the cheese blintz was the perfect sweet contrast from the savory well seasoned potatoes.
Originally, my game plan was so stick with breakfast items, but my was passed by the personal seafood pastas and I couldn’t resist. On to the plate it went! My friends and I loved the seafood pasta. I was tempted to get another and another and call it a day. The generous amounts of shaved Parmesan cheese was the perfect finishing touch to the flavorful pasta.
The Grill
The Grill
This shrimp stir fry was stellar. Absolutely the highlight of my brunch dining experience. And that’s not just from the mimosas talkin’!
I was really sad that I couldn’t finish it. I should have brought some Tupperware so I could bring home some favorites. ha! Just like how little old ladies take home packets of sweetener, but I my bag would be filled up with stir fry.
The Mongolian grill is one part in the The Grill Station. I love how you could customize the stir fry from the various vegetables, protein, and sauces. Then you needed to pick from noodles or rice. So many options, not enough time!
If you feel like getting something a bit *extra* then enjoy a lobster tail ($14), New York strip ($10) and ribeye ($10). These have an up-charge, and can they can be purchased at that station for your enjoyment.
Under the Sea
From the Raw Bar to the Sushi, Noodles & Dim Sum stations, Ariel and her 6 mermaid sisters would be happy and stuffed with all that seafood options before them. Bread bowls filled with chowdas to sauteed fish, and sushi rolls to peel and eat shrimp- there is something for everyone.
While there, we saw a guy go to the raw bar, filled his plate with oysters, then perch 2 ramekins of sauces on that pile, before heading back to his seat. He ate his mountain of oysters solo. We sat in amazement, while we realized that he was just living his best life. Solo dining and stuffing your face with something you love- BLISS.
There is so much to eat!
Our conversations over brunch are always so fun- from kids that don’t listen, boob jobs, annoying husbands, work, and our next hang out. But it was fun getting to talk about what everyone was getting. We always discuss who wins the best entree at brunch (Molly usually wins with something like insanely indulgent french toast), but it seemed that everyone won in some sort of way. How can you not when there is food from all around the world right in front of you?!?!
The staff was always so busy with refilling drinks, putting out new dishes, and preparing custom dishes. It was like a well oiled machine that’s purpose was to keep everyone happy and enjoying their brunch.
Save room for Dessert
No matter how old you are- I guarantee that you will will stand in front of this chocolate fountain with a huge smile spread across your face.
There are coconut macaroons, rice krispie treats, pretzels, strawberries, and marshmallows that are all begging for you to dip the them into the waterfall of chocolate. My clear favorite was the chocolate covered macaroon, but you can’t go wrong with the classic chocolate covered strawberry either.
Besides the chocolate fountain, there are delectable desserts ranging from cannolis, creme brule, chocolate mousse, ice cream sundae bar, create your own crepes. There are even sugar-free options. Something for everyone so they can go home with that sweet tooth satisfied.
Again, don’t forget room for dessert!
We all left happy and very full! It was a fantastic brunch at Fresh Harvest.

OH MY GOSH….I am still having sweet dreams about the “create your own crepe” station. By far my favorite. Nutella, strawberries, whipped cream! What more do you need in life?? I’ve had my husband recreate that spinach pasta for me as well. This was, by far, my favorite buffet. Whatever you had a hankering for, they had it. Bottomless mimosas was the icing on the cake. Cannot wait to go back!
I was in a food coma for days, you wanted to stop but there are so many food options that you can literally suit your sweet, savory and homestyle cravings. Our waitress never left our mimosas empty!! Cheers to a brunch we still are full from.
AMAZING!!! By far one of my favorite brunch experiences yet. I’m so sad I filled up on the breakfast items before I could move onto the others. This needs to be a repeat location for moms’ brunch FOR SURE.
Loved loved loved the Brunch! It is one of the best in the Tampa Area. Charcuterie, fresh fish, shrimp, omlettes, sushi, lunch items, fresh fruit, anything you could want to touch your palate! They also have a dinner buffet with all you can eat crab legs and more!
