Every Chip Pudding Cookies
Every Chip Pudding Cookies- Soft, pillowy cookies that are loading with chips of all kinds. A kitchen sink of ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 Cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1 3.4 ounce vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Cups of a variety of chocolate chips and candies (M&M's & Reese Pieces)
Instructions
- Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in pudding and beat until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla, mix again.
- Add flour mixture slowly until well incorporated. Add chocolate chips and beat just until they are incorporated.
- Roll into 36 equally sized balls (approx. 1 1/2" round) and chill for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350F. Place the chilled dough balls on silicone liner on a baking sheet. (They don't spread too much, but you still want to give them some room. I typically fit 12 per baking sheet.)
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or, until just set in the center. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing to completely cool and enjoy.
Notes
To enjoy later, freeze the dough instead of chilling. Once frozen, place individual balls into a freezer safe plastic bag. Bake from frozen, adding 1-2 minutes to the baking time.
