This Fresh Summer Cherry Cobbler is bursting with ripe, sweet cherries and topped with a fluffy, crumbly cobbler topping. Perfect with a scoop of ice cream.
I know I am late to the party when I say this, but I love the show “Suits.”
While I am working, I always have a podcast or show streaming for backgrounds noise. I have powered through so many podcasts from start to current episodes (Young House Love) or shows that way. I primarily use Hulu, but I just recently “discovered” that Amazon has a bunch of great movies and shows on there. Sure, I watched plenty of B movies on there. Like Hallmark Channel style movies, that are so simple and sappy. But, I saw that Suits was available and I decided to give it a try. Now, I’m almost done with season 4 and it’s been just 2 weeks.
I am not watching 24/7 (duh!), but just at night when I am working. A few episodes breeze by on my 2nd screen while I am writing up blog posts, editing pics, and updating SEO stuff for old posts. It’s amazing how quickly 8pm can become 12am because of how quickly it flies
But really, watch Suits if you haven’t yet because it’s so amazing and there is a princess on it! And then, let’s discuss!
Anyway, I love baking cobblers because they are simple, yet hands on. I find that pitting the cherries is relaxing. Using my hands to make the cobbler topping dough makes me feel a bit old fashion too.
Obviously, I also like eating cobblers because, well, duh…
Thankfully, I have plenty of great friends in my neighborhood who I can just text “want some cobbler?” and they will be over even before it cools. That saves me from eating the whole dang thing.
Without a doubt, no one will be able to resist this Fresh Summer Cherry Cobbler. How can you resist fresh summer fruit? A buttery, sugary topping? A scoop of ice cream? Nope, you can’t. It’s a fact because it’s all so scrumptious.
This Fresh Summer Cherry Cobbler is going to be your new go to dessert for your family and friends. I bet you’ll make a few extra friends when you share this awesome cobbler too.
