The temps have finally started to cool here in Florida, and I just read that we are 60 days out from Christmas. OMG, where has the year gone to?!?! It is now the season for holiday parties. I am soooo ready for it all.

Jalapeno Jelly Glazed Slow Cooker Meatballs
Jalapeno Jelly Glazed Slow Cooker Meatballs are an easy and delicious appetizer that are perfect to whip up with tasty Jalapeno Pepper Jelly and sweet BBQ sauce for parties and holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen meatballs
- 1 Cup beer
- 1 Cup pepper jelly, I used Tastefully Simple's Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam
- 1 Cup BBQ sauce, I used Tastefully Simple's Bayou Bourbon Glaze
- 1 Tablespoon seasoned salt, I used Tastefully Simple's Seasoned Salt
Instructions
- Place the frozen mini meatballs into the bowl of a large slow cooker.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the beer, BBQ sauce, pepper sauce, and season salt. Mix well.
- Cover the meatballs with the sauce mixture. Mix gently.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 - 45 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
You can easy double this recipe, just be sure to have a slow cooker that is large enough for this.
