Dancing the Day Away at the Disney Junior Dance Party!

The Disney Junior Dance Party is a fun musical celebration that gets you dancing along with Timon, Vampirina, Doc McStuffins, and Mickey! Hot dog!

Disney invited my family to attend a really fun event to check out the newly opened Disney Junior Dance Party. It is targeted to preschool age kids, so it was perfect for our family to enjoy the chance to dance around with out favorite Disney Junior characters.

Let’s Go on a Hike!- Triple Creek Nature Preserve – FL

Winter in Florida is the best. The temperature is great, it’s slightly windy, there is no rain. I certainly love summer, but Florida in the winter is just as wonderful. Maybe it’s because I am still enjoying all the ‘SNOW IS HITTING THE NORTHEAST HARDDDD!!!!! weather forecasts and I am still loving my snow free life. I’m determined to make the most out of it all and we are getting out hike on now!

Let’s be Social at Council Oak – Tampa, FL

Tampa’s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s Council Oak restaurant hosts a ‘Social Hour’ that is putting Happy Hour on its head with amazing shareable dishes & elegantly made classic cocktails. Come, be social, leave full!

I was invited to enjoy dinner at Council Oak with other Tampa Bay bloggers to try out their new “Social Hour” menu. This will fast become the place to be to celebrate happy hour at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa.

Every time I tell people that I am going out to Council Oak, I get “ooohs” and “aaaahs”. Its reputation is well deserved because of their dedication for creating notable meals and well- crafted drinks. Any time you go, you’ll be in for a real experience.

I recently enjoyed a dinner at Council Oak in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa. I was there with a wonderful group of fellow Tampa Bay based bloggers. The intimate group allowed us to converse about must dine at Tampa restaurants, the crazy things our kids do, and how to best use credit card points to allow you to travel more. Of course, the conversations were great, but the star of the show was the incredible food and drinks.

Wandering Through Disney’s Christmas Tree Trail

An afternoon wandering through Disney’s Christmas Tree Trail, in Disney Springs, is a great way to spend time with friends and family.

A few weeks ago, while Autumn was on VPK Thanksgiving break, we headed over to Disney Springs with my friend Aliya and her 2 kids for a day. We all wanted to check out the Christmas Tree Trail!

The Christmas Tree Trail started in 2016 and since then has grown with more trees. There are so many beautiful ornaments, lights, garlands, and tree toppers. So many perfect photo ops because there is something cute and magical everywhere you look!

Getting In the Holiday Spirit At Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

An evening at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will put you in the holiday spirit with beautiful decor, fun shows, a snowy parade, & plenty of sweets!

Thank you to Disney for inviting me to spend a wonderful night at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

With just 46 days until Christmas, we headed off to Disney World to get in the holiday spirit at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. It was a night full gobbling up sweets, having fun on rides, enjoying some ‘snow’, and singing along to Christmas music. So, so fun!

While I am a ‘one holiday at a time!’ kind of person who doesn’t decorate for Christmas until Thanksgiving is over, I love going to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, even in November. I can break my personal rule for some fun with Mickey, Minnie, and their pals as they celebrate the holidays.

Toy Story Land is Loads of Fun

We recently went on an amazing, fun trip to Disney World for a 2 Night, 3 Day stay. While there we stayed in a Cars Family Suite at the Art of Animation and visited all the parks – Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. My family was invited to experience all the magical things that Disney has to offer, including their new Toy Story Land and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. We had a wonderful time!

Toy Story Land is the new must see land in Hollywood Studios. We got to join Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, Rex, and all the other fun toys in Andy’s backyard.

Having a Wild Time at Animal Kingdom

We kicked off our Disney World vacation at Animal Kingdom. We saw so many cool animals, a great show, and ate great food. We had a wild time!

We recently went on an amazing, fun trip to Disney World for a 2 Night, 3 Day stay. While there we stayed at the Art of Animation and visited all the parks – Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. My family was invited to experience all the magical things that Disney has to offer, including their new Toy Story Land and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. We had a wonderful time!

I was really excited planning our trip. Planning out our days, shopping for fun outfits, packing up our stuff. All in secret! Price and I decided not to tell the kids so that we could surprise them while on our way to Disney. Surprises are so fun!

Doing the Monster Mash with Vampirina! – Fun at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

We always have so much fun at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! This time, the best part was doing the Monster Mash with Vampirina! My Little Vampirina LOVED IT!!!

During our Recent Trip to Disney World for an incredible Florida Blogger Experience, we had a wonderful night at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! We started with a fun, group dinner at the Grand Floridan, before we took the (super crowded) monorail over to the Magic Kingdom for a fun, spooky night at the party.

I love visiting Disney during the holidays. They do such a wonderful time decorating. Main Street USA looks so fun and festive for the season (August – Halloween). So many Disney themed pumpkins, scarecrows, and fall decor. Florida may be hot, but it puts me in a Fall State of Mind.

The 10 Best Things in Toy Story Land in Disney World will grab your attention, have you filled with glee, and just make you feel like a kid at heart, no matter your age.

Play around with Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Slink, Rex, and the green aliens in Andy’s backyard. The 11-acre Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios, features the fun characters and toys from Pixar’s Toy Story movie franchise. You’ll feel like you fit right in with the giant toys that are scattered throughout Toy Story Land.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is a fun, spooky time time party at the Magic Kingdom. The limited ticketed event is a fun way to spend the night Trick or Treating around the party & meeting your favorite costumed characters. Wear a fun costume and enjoy the rides, shows, and character experiences. Have Fun!

My friend Nichole and I brought our daughters to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party on Friday night. And we had a blast!!!!

Last year, I went to MNSSHP with Price, Autumn, and Hunter, and we had a great time. But, I wanted to change things up this year, and have Autumn bring a friend. Plus, Price has spent the past month working CRAZY hours for a deadline, so I wanted to give a nice relaxing night at home. With Hunter going to bed at 6.30, he would have plenty of quiet time to kick back and put his feet up. (Or not relax at all and rip apart a wall for a house project! ha!)

Travelogue: Our 2nd Day at Sea and Disembarkation Day ending our amazing 5 Night Western Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Seas.

Our 5-Night Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean‘s Brilliance of the Seas took us to Key West, Florida and Cozumel, Mexico, with 2 Days at Seas. It was a fantastic family vacation that introduced our 7 month old son to cruising. We were able to have a great time sight seeing, eating delicious food, toasting with great drinks, and getting plenty of much needed rest. Our family loves cruising!

A Fun Summer Day at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park

A fun summer day at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park is every kids dream. Having fun in wave pools, on slides, and enjoying ice cream is a great way to spend a day with family and friends.

Thank you to Disney for inviting me to spend a wonderful day at Blizzard Beach.

With summer winding down, I knew that we needed to do something extra fun before school started. We did plenty of great things like going to the Children’s Museum, the library for story time with the Rays baseball players, the zoo, and the beach. But summer needed to end with a BANG! So we headed over to Disney World’s water park, Blizzard Beach, the day before school started.

The kids and I loaded up the van to head over to for a fun day with my friend Brittany, her kids, and step-daughter. 2 moms with 7 kids under 14… woo we had our hands full but we had a blast. And we didn’t lose anyone either!

With the kids ranging in age from 14 months to 13 years it was important for us that Blizzard Beach had something for everyone. There were safe, fun things for everyone to do.
